Securant is a major shareholder in an Italian hotel owner and operator, Milu Holdings S.R.L. With a focus on premium 4 star boutique operations in both Milan and Florence, Securant has seen a rapid growth in this sector with 5 hotels currently in operation and a further 3 under development.

Green Energy
In recent years Securant has taken a strategic decision to partially diversify its focus from traditional commercial operations and invest in the areas of green energy and renewables.
Currently Securant is a strategic investor in
(i) battery storage operation primarily active in Scandinavia
(ii) an 200 hectare industrial and commercial park in Germany that is intended to attract companies that see ecological and CO2-neutral production as a strategic goal. It also has plans to develop renewable energy at it's large residentials site in Poland.
